Privacy Policy

Enquiry form and WhatsApp. When you send a message through the form or WhatsApp, I receive the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, goal and message. I use them only to reply to you and arrange training. They are never sold or shared with anyone else for marketing.

Site visits. This site records basic, anonymous page-visit information (which page was viewed and roughly where the visit came from) to understand which pages are useful.

Advertising cookies. Outside countries where cookie consent is required by law, this site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It places a cookie and shares information such as pages viewed and standard browser/device details with Meta Platforms, so I can measure whether ads lead to enquiries and show more relevant ads. Visitors in countries where consent is required are not tracked for advertising at all.

You can block advertising cookies any time in your browser settings (for example, blocking third-party cookies stops the Meta Pixel). You can also ask me to delete any information you have sent me — just email grossmangainz@gmail.com.

Enquiry details are kept while we are in touch and afterwards only as long as useful for training history. Page-visit and advertising data are kept by the services described above under their own retention rules.
